These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and NURAYA Wellness regarding your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

NURAYA Wellness is operated under NURAYA Wellness (Office 202 & 201, Insurance Building, Al Rega, Dubai, UAE), specializing in premium wellness and dietary supplement products. We operate in compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection.

To make purchases or track orders, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at Info@nuraya.ae if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All NURAYA products distributed over the world are 100% authentic and sourced via authorized channels. Wellness products are dietary supplements and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

All transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to revision based on seasonal promotions or market updates without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment completion through our secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraudulent activity or inventory adjustments.

We ship across the UAE and over the world. Estimated delivery within the UAE is 2–4 business days. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier collection.

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to health and hygiene standards, sealed wellness items cannot be returned once opened unless defective. Contact support to initiate return processing.

All design elements, branding materials, product formulations, and web content belong exclusively to NURAYA Wellness. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
